Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Zetride’s bike taxi services (referred to as “Bike Taxi Service,” “Services,” or “Platform”). By using Zetride, you agree to these terms, including any updates that may occur from time to time. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

Registration and Account

Customer:

  • To use the bike taxi service, you must create a Zetride account by providing accurate, up-to-date information.
  • You must be at least [18] years old to use the service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify Zetride immediately.

Rider:

  • To ride for Zetride, you must:
    • Be at least [18] years old.
    • Possess a valid motorcycle driving license.
    • Own a motorbike/scooter in good working condition.
    • Provide proof of insurance coverage for your vehicle.
    • Maintain a clean driving record.
    • Clear a background check (if required by local law).
    • Have a mobile phone with the Zetride app installed and operational.

Booking and Payment

Customer:

  • Booking a Ride: Request a ride using the Zetride app to input pickup and drop-off locations.
  • Payment: Fares are determined based on distance, time, and region. Payment will be made via the app using your provided payment method (credit/debit card, wallet, etc.).
  • Cancellation Fees: If you cancel a ride at any circumstance’s refunds will not be provided.
  • Receipts: After your ride, you will receive a receipt detailing the fare, fees, and distance travelled.

Rider:

  • Zetride charges customers according to fare rates based on distance, time, and demand.
  • As a rider, you will receive a percentage of the fare. This percentage may vary depending on factors like incentives and region.
  • Payments are made on a [daily/weekly/monthly] basis through the payment method you select during registration.

Responsibilities of Customer and Rider

Customer:

  • Safety: Always wear a helmet (if available or required) and ensure safe riding.
  • Respecting the Rider: Treat riders respectfully and avoid any disruptive behavior.
  • Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your belongings. Zetride and its riders are not liable for lost or damaged property.
  • No Unlawful Activity: Do not use the service for unlawful activities or carry hazardous goods.
  • Passenger Limits: Only one passenger is allowed per bike. Violation may result in cancellation of the ride.

Rider:

  • Provide safe, courteous, and efficient rides to passengers.
  • Maintain your bike in good working condition and ensure it meets safety standards.
  • Adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Treat passengers respectfully and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Wear a helmet and any required safety gear.
  • Avoid using the app or engaging in dangerous driving behaviors.
  • Accept trips only within your designated area.

Ride Cancellations and Delays

Customer:

  • You may cancel a ride before the rider arrives without incurring a cancellation fee, subject to time limits specified in the app.
  • Zetride does not guarantee exact arrival times, and you agree to accept reasonable delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors.
  • A “No-Show” fee may apply if you are not present when the rider arrives.

Rider:

  • In case of cancellations or delays, you agree to follow the app’s cancellation policies.
  • Zetride does not guarantee exact arrival times, and you must accept reasonable delays caused by external factors.

Ratings and Reviews

Customer:

  • After each ride, you can rate the rider and provide feedback.
  • Ratings help improve service quality and ensure a safe experience. Poor ratings may result in the suspension of your account.

Rider:

  • Passengers will rate your service after each ride. A high rating is essential for maintaining your reputation.
  • Consistently poor ratings or failure to meet service expectations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Liability and Disclaimers

Customer:

  • Liability Limitation: Zetride is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property while using the bike taxi service. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
  • Service Availability: Zetride does not guarantee service availability at all times or in all locations. It may depend on location, demand, and other factors.
  • No Warranty: Zetride does not provide warranties regarding the condition or suitability of the bike taxi service.

Rider:

  • You are responsible for your own personal and vehicle insurance.
  • Zetride recommends comprehensive insurance that covers personal injury and property damage.
  • If you are involved in an accident while on duty, you must report it immediately to the relevant authorities and Zetride.

Suspension or Termination of Account

Customer:

  • Zetride reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful or disruptive behavior.
  • If terminated, you will no longer have access to the service unless reinstated.

Rider:

  • Either party can terminate the agreement with Zetride at any time by providing notice [365] days in advance.
  • Zetride may suspend or deactivate your rider account if you violate terms, engage in illegal activity, or have multiple passenger complaints.

Force Majeure

Zetride shall not be held liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or government restrictions.

Privacy and Data Protection

Customer:

  • Zetride collects personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which may include your name, contact details, payment information, ride history, and location data.
  • Zetride uses your data to provide and improve the service, process payments, and communicate updates.
  • Your data may be shared with third parties as necessary to deliver services.

Rider:

  • You agree to keep passenger information confidential and comply with data privacy regulations.
Zetride Parcel Logistics Terms & Conditions

Zetride offers parcel delivery services to send and receive packages via bike taxi, cab, or auto, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the parcel. The Parcel Service is available through the Zetride mobile application or other authorized methods as defined by Zetride.

  1. Eligibility
    To use the Parcel Service, you must meet the following criteria:
    Senders: Must have a registered Zetride account with valid contact information.
    Recipients: Must provide a valid address where the parcel can be delivered.
    Age Requirement: The sender and recipient must be at least [18] years old.
    Parcel Types: Acceptable parcels must meet Zetride’s packaging, weight, and content guidelines.
  2. Parcel Acceptance
    Zetride accepts parcels under the following conditions:
    Parcel Size and Weight: The parcel must fit within Zetride’s size and weight restrictions. Specific dimensions and weight limits will be provided through the app or platform.
    Packaging: All parcels must be securely packaged to prevent damage or leakage. Zetride is not responsible for any damage to parcels due to poor packaging.

Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited and cannot be sent via Zetride:

  • Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, corrosive, etc.).
  • Illegal items or contraband.
  • Perishable goods without proper preservation.
  • Live animals, plants, or any items that may violate local laws.
  • Items that exceed weight or size limits as specified by Zetride.

If Zetride determines that a parcel is unacceptable, it reserves the right to reject or cancel the delivery at any time.

  1. Sender Responsibilities
    By using the Zetride Parcel Service, the sender agrees to:
    Accurate Information: Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date sender and recipient contact details, including the address for pickup and delivery.
    Proper Packaging: Ensure the parcel is securely packed and labeled. Zetride is not liable for damage to improperly packaged or labeled items.
    Payment: Pay all applicable fees for parcel delivery, including delivery charges, surcharges, or additional fees for special handling.
    Permitted Contents: Ensure that the parcel contains only legal, permissible, and non-prohibited items as per Zetride’s guidelines.
    Pickup Availability: Ensure the parcel is available for pickup at the scheduled time and location. If the parcel is not available at the pickup point, Zetride reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
  2. Parcel Pickup and Delivery
    Pickup: The sender will be notified of the expected pickup time via the Zetride app. If the parcel is not ready for pickup at the scheduled time, the sender may incur a rescheduling or cancellation fee.
    Delivery: Zetride will make reasonable efforts to deliver the parcel within the estimated time, but Zetride is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond its control.
    Address Verification: Zetride may verify the recipient’s address during delivery. If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the parcel will be returned to the sender, and the sender may incur additional fees.
    Signature Requirement: For certain parcels, Zetride may require the recipient’s signature upon delivery. If the recipient is unavailable to sign for the parcel, the parcel may be returned to the sender.
  3. Pricing and Payments
    Fees: The pricing for parcel delivery will be calculated based on factors such as parcel size, weight, distance, delivery time, and any special handling requirements. Fees are provided to the sender before the delivery is confirmed.
    Payment Methods: Payments for parcel deliveries must be made via the Zetride app, using an accepted payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, mobile wallet).
    Payment Failure: If payment is not successfully processed, Zetride reserves the right to suspend or cancel the delivery service.
    Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply for special delivery services, including express delivery, additional packaging, or redelivery.
  4. Delivery Timeframes and Delays
    Estimated Delivery Times: Zetride provides estimated delivery times based on the parcel’s destination and type. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or road conditions.
    Delays: Zetride is not liable for any damages or costs incurred due to delays, including those caused by third-party events or errors.
    Rescheduling Deliveries: If a delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, the recipient will be notified, and rescheduling may incur additional fees.
  5. Liability and Damage
    Liability for Loss or Damage: Zetride’s liability for the loss, damage, or delay of parcels is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the goods or the maximum liability amount set by Zetride, unless specified otherwise by law. This liability may be waived or reduced if the parcel’s contents were not adequately packaged, improperly labeled, or prohibited.
    No Responsibility for Certain Items: Zetride is not responsible for the loss or damage of fragile, perishable, or valuable items unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. The sender is advised to insure valuable items.

    Claims for Damage: In the event of damage, loss, or theft, the sender or recipient must notify Zetride within [1-2] days of the incident. Zetride will investigate the claim; however, no refund or compensation will be provided.

  6. Prohibited Activities
    The following activities are prohibited when using Zetride’s Parcel Service:
    Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information regarding parcel contents, weight, or value.
    Unlawful Activities: Sending illegal, prohibited, or restricted items via Zetride.
    Fraudulent Claims: Submitting fraudulent damage, loss, or theft claims.
    Any violation of these rules may result in suspension of the sender’s account, legal action, and/or refusal of future services.
  7. Termination and Suspension of Service
    Termination by Zetride: Zetride reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Parcel Service if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activities, or fail to comply with the platform’s rules and regulations.
    Return of Parcels: If the delivery is canceled or if the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the sender at the sender’s cost.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.

Amendments to These Terms

Zetride reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the app or via email, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Acknowledgement

By using the Zetride Bike Taxi Service or signing up as a rider, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

This offer is valid for all users who complete any number of rides during the campaign period using the Zetride app.

Only completed and valid rides will be considered for eligibility.

2. Campaign Period

The Surprise Gift Campaign will run for an unlimited period with no specific end date.

3. Gifts Included
Eligible users stand a chance to win one of the following gifts:

4. Winner Announcement

Winners will be selected based on their ride activity during the campaign period.

Notifications will be sent via in-app message, email, or phone call.

Winner details, including full name, photo, and city, will be published on the Zetride website and shared on social media to ensure transparency.

Influencers may promote and congratulate the winners along with details about their prize.

5. Public Event for Winners

A special prize distribution event will be held in each location where winners are selected.

All local winners will be invited to attend the event on a single day.

Notable local influencers, leaders, or celebrities may be invited to present the gifts.

Prizes will be distributed within 6 months of the winner announcement date.

The event will also be open to Zetride fans and riders.

6. General Conditions

Any fraudulent activity or use of multiple accounts will result in disqualification.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Zetride reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.

In case of any disputes, Zetride’s decision will be final and binding.
